The Wingates team had a fantastic time at last Thursday’s 𝑩𝒆𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒌𝒆 𝒊𝒏 𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒍𝒆𝒉𝒆𝒎 information evening, hosted by Bayleys Bay of Plenty Tauranga.

Our Managing Director, David Wingate, joined a great panel alongside Brian Gillett (BGT Developments) and Jon O'Connor (Bayleys) to share insights into the design vision and approach shaping this exciting new addition to the Bay of Plenty community.

At Wingates, our passion and purpose are to create places that truly matter—and this development in Bethlehem aligns perfectly with that aspiration. Having led the master planning and designed a diverse range of residential typologies, landscapes, and central parks to foster connection, we’re excited to see this vision come to life in the years ahead.
