The site is within the Arvida Penisula Club located on the Whangaparoa Peninsula. The project is a three story building with amenities on the ground floor and two floors above, a total of 12 apartments. It was an extension of the existing three story building which faces out on to the bowling green. It was created to provide a different product offering in the village. While the ground floor added to the communal amenities of the site, this was the first stage of a modernisation project for the village which would also see the existing amenities building reclad and refurbished. Resident communal areas include a club room, theatre, chapel, multipurpose area, health and beauty salon, outdoor area and social hub with a kitchenette and bar.
